been a mall staple since 1969. In 2021, it relaunched as Banter, expanding its footprint and evolving into a more expressive, retail-forward experience. Think of Banter as a fine-jewelry playground rooted in self-expression. The identity balances edge with ease, led by a custom wordmark featuring refined serifed letterforms. A vibrant palette introduces expressive color grounded by softer neutrals to reflect both style and quality. The visual system carries through packaging, social, signage and branded materials, helping the brand feel consistent across every touchpoint.Kiosks were reimagined as open stages. Sleek frames, oversized type and mirror prompts invite visitors to explore, layer and personalize. For Holiday 2021, we extended the system into content and motion with playful pairings and animated text that brought the brand voice to life.Banter’s refreshed identity turns piercing into an open shops, cafés, and bakeries operate and grow. The goal is to build the only farm-to-customer platform that makes it easier and cheaper for local suppliers and retailers to run their businesses, while offering unparalleled convenience and education for their customers. This was a project that involved a crossover between brand and digital. The&nbsp; process involved developing a new identity and whole graphic system for their re-launch. I worked closely with the digital team to make sure the visual language was streamlined across web and product. Inspired by the quality of the product I created this graphic soft cushionlike shape that served as a base for the poodle inspired creature. When tasked with rebranding Urban Decay, we were challenged with reclaiming their title as visionaries while keeping their original '“pink makes me puke” attitude. Today’s industry has become monotonous, repetitive and cookie cutter, but Urban Decay has always been anything but. To relaunch the iconic brand, we stood against the rules and routine of beauty. We created a world were we challenge the industries stance on airbrushed models and faux diversity, using our five citizens to break this mold.&nbsp; “Pretty Different” is an ode to those who choose experimentation over perfection. It is our attempt at “UNSUBSCRIBING” from the norms of the category, reminding our viewers that make-up is a tool for self-expression.&nbsp; My role, in collaboration with other designers, was to create a key visual system that would be executed across stores, event launches and social media.&nbsp;
